2. Course Materials — How do I access pre-recorded videos for eLearning events?

Before you begin: You must be enrolled in an eLearning event (not just a Training or Self-Study event).

1 On your Dashboard, find your eLearning course.
2 Click the ‘View Videos of the Course’ icon (separate from the slides icon).
✓ The video library for that course opens with all pre-recorded sessions.

Troubleshooting

Videos not showing on Dashboard: Confirm with the PECB Authorized Partner that you have been formally enrolled in an eLearning event. Videos are only available for eLearning events, not standard training or Self-Study events.

Videos not loading: Try a different browser. If the issue persists, contact support@pecb.com.
