6. Rescheduling Your Exam — How do I reschedule my exam?

1 On your Dashboard, click the Clock with X icon in the Exam column for the relevant course.
✓ The Reschedule Your Exam panel opens, showing your exam details and previous attempt information.
2 If you are eligible for a free retake: Scroll down in the panel to find the ‘Reschedule – Free’ option. Click ‘Reschedule’ to view available online exam slots, then select the time slot that best fits your schedule.
✓ A confirmation email is sent with your new exam date and time.
3 If you are not eligible for a free retake: Click ‘Pay and Reschedule’ in the panel. You will be redirected to the list of available online exam slots — select a slot and complete the payment process.

Note: Each course enrollment comes with 2 free attempts. Once both are used, any further rescheduling will require a payment.

Troubleshooting

‘Reschedule – Free’ option not visible: You may have already used both free attempts. The ‘Pay and Reschedule’ button will be shown instead.

No available slots shown: Try selecting a broader date range or check back later for new sessions.
