8. PECB Exams Application — Troubleshooting

    Before you begin: Run the Check Compatibility tool in the PECB Exams application first.

  1. 1 Take a screenshot clearly showing which checks are failing.
  2. 2 Email the screenshot to support@pecb.com with your name, exam date, and a description of the issue.
  3. 3 PECB support will advise on how to resolve the specific compatibility issue.

Note: Even if you believe your system meets all requirements, always send the screenshot so support can investigate the exact issue.
