8. PECB Exams Application — Troubleshooting

1 Look for any X icons next to open applications listed in the compatibility check screen.
2 Close all applications and browser windows flagged with an X icon.
3 Re-run the Check Compatibility check to confirm all items are now green.
4 Return to the exam and attempt to start the session again.

Troubleshooting

Exam still won’t start after closing all apps: Restart your computer, reopen only the PECB Exams application, and try again.

Application freezes during the exam: Do not close the application. Contact online.exams@pecb.com as quickly as possible for immediate assistance.
