How Do I Apply for a PECB Certificate After Passing My Exam?

1. 1 Log in to your myPECB Dashboard. Start the application by either clicking the icon under the Certificate column for the relevant course, or clicking ‘Apply for Certification’ in the Certificates Obtained box.

   ✓ The Apply for Certificate page opens with three tabs: Select Certificate, Work & Experience, and Review & Declarations.

2. 2 Review the available certificate levels and their requirements (Professional experience, Project experience, and other requirements). Select the level that matches your current experience by clicking the radio button next to it.

   ✓ The selected level is highlighted and a price is shown.

3. 3 Enter your total years of general work experience and years of experience relevant to the certification field. Add your work experience entries: Company Name, Job Title, and employment dates. Add at least one Reference contact per work experience entry: First Name, Last Name, Email, Job Title, Relationship, and Phone. Click Next when all experience information is complete.

   ✓ The Revision & Declarations tab opens.

4. 4 Read each declaration statement carefully. Check all Declaration boxes (or use ‘Select All’). Click Submit.

   ✓ A confirmation message appears. Your application has been sent to PECB.

Note: Certificate levels range from Provisional to Senior. Each level requires progressively more years of professional and project experience. Your references will be contacted automatically by the PECB system via an online questionnaire — ensure their contact details are accurate.
