10. Downloading Your Certificate & Digital Badge

1 On your Dashboard, look for the Certificate icon — it will have turned green once your application is approved.
2 Click the green Certificate icon for the relevant course.
✓ The Certificate Details panel opens, showing your Certificate Name, Certificate Number, and Certified Since date.
3 Click ‘View’ next to Certificate to open and download your certificate PDF.
4 Click ‘View’ next to Credly to claim your digital badge through the Credly platform.

Note: To request a certificate upgrade (e.g., from Implementer to Lead Implementer level), click the Upgrade button in the Certificate Details panel.

Troubleshooting

Certificate icon is still grey after receiving approval email: Refresh your browser. If it remains grey contact support@pecb.com.

Credly badge not appearing: Make sure you have a Credly account registered with the same email address as your myPECB account.
