2. Course Materials — How do I send feedback about a course to PECB?

1 Click the ‘Feedback’ button in the top-right area of the course viewer.
2 Write your feedback in the text field.
3 Click ‘Submit your Feedback’. PECB will receive and review your comments.

Troubleshooting

‘Feedback’ button not visible: Ensure you have opened the course slide viewer from your Dashboard. The Feedback button is only available inside the viewer.

Feedback not submitting: Refresh the page and try again. If the issue persists, send your feedback directly to support@pecb.com.
