  1. 1 From your Partner Dashboard, click Finance in the left-side menu.

    The Finance Professional Courses page opens, showing your current balances across different currencies and a list of all invoices.

  2. 2 To view or pay an outstanding invoice, locate it in the invoice list using the search or currency filter and click the corresponding action button.
  3. 3 To add credits to your account, click Add to Wallet in the top-right area of the Finance page. Credits added to your wallet will be automatically applied to future training event invoices.

    Your wallet balance updates and will be applied automatically to eligible future invoices.

Troubleshooting

Invoice not appearing after completing an event: Refresh the Finance page. If the invoice still does not appear after a few minutes, contact support@pecb.com.

Wallet credits not being applied to invoices: Credits are applied automatically to eligible future invoices. If you believe credits are not being deducted correctly, contact support@pecb.com with your invoice reference number.
