Partner — Dashboard: What Do the Figures in the Insight Section Represent?

Reference guide

1 Partnership badge — Shows your current partner status. To download the badge, right-click on the image and click Save as Image.
2 Number of associated trainers — Helps you track how many trainers are linked to your organization.
3 Number of associated invigilators — Indicates how many invigilators are available under your account.
4 Total number of trained individuals — Represents the total number of candidates who have taken a course through your organization.
5 Top 5 training courses — Displayed on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Highlights which courses are most in demand among your candidates.
6 Credit points — Calculated based on your sales (number of candidates enrolled).

Troubleshooting

Insights section not displaying data: Ensure you are logged in as a Partner (not as a Member). Switch roles if needed.

Partnership badge not downloading: Right-click directly on the badge image and select Save as Image. If that does not work, try a different browser.

Figures appear incorrect: Contact support@pecb.com with details of the discrepancy.
