How to Create a Classroom/Live-Online Training Event

Partner — How to Create a Classroom/Live-Online Training Event

Before you begin: Your Partner Account must first be associated with a PECB Certified Trainer. Complete steps 1–4 below before creating the event.

    1. 1 From the left-side menu, click Trainers and then select Associated Requests.
    2. 2 In the top-right corner, click New Association.
    3. 3 From the drop-down menu, select the trainer you want to associate with and click Submit.
    4. 4 The trainer will receive a request. Once they approve it, the association will be established.

      You will now be able to create a Classroom/Live-Online Training Event.

    5. 5 From the Training & Exam Events section, select Classroom or Live-Online and click Create Event. Fill in the event form with the following details: Course Level, Course, Course Language, Language of Instruction, Visibility (Public or Private), Event Status (Draft, Planned, or Active & Confirmed), Start and End Date, Trainer Name, Purchase Order (if applicable), Location, and Event Description.
    6. 6 Click Save to create the event.

      The event appears on your Partner Dashboard under Training & Exam Events.

    Troubleshooting

    No trainers appearing in the drop-down: Your organization has no approved trainer associations yet. Complete steps 1–4 to associate a PECB Certified Trainer first.

    Trainer has not approved the association request: Follow up directly with the trainer. The association cannot be established until they approve the request in their account.

    Event creation limit reached: You can create a maximum of 35 training events per week.
