Trainer — Where to Download the Trainer Certificate

1 From your Trainer Dashboard, click Certificates in the left-side menu (also referred to as the Trainer Certificate menu).
✓ The Trainer Certificates page opens, displaying your Certificate Number, Issued Date, Valid Until date, and Status (Active or Inactive).
2 Click the Details button in the Action column next to the certificate you want to download.
✓ The certificate download link is available and the certificate PDF saves to your device.

Troubleshooting

Certificate status showing as Inactive: Your certificate may have expired or not yet been renewed. Check the Valid Until date and contact support@pecb.com for further assistance.
