Trainer — How to Switch from the Member Dashboard to the Trainer Dashboard

1 Log in to myPECB at https://mypecb.com/ using your member account credentials.
2 In the top-right corner of the screen, click on your name.
3 From the dropdown menu, select Switch Roles.
4 A pop-up window will appear. Select Trainer to switch to your Trainer Dashboard.
✓ Your Trainer Dashboard loads successfully with access to My Training Events, Teaching Courses, Association Requests, and Certificates.

Troubleshooting

‘Trainer’ option not available in the Switch Roles pop-up: Your Trainer application may not yet have been approved, or the Trainer Agreement may not have been signed. Check your email for the approval and agreement link.

‘Switch Roles’ option not visible: Ensure you are logged in with the correct member account that was used to submit the Trainer application. Contact support@pecb.com if the issue persists.
