Trainer — How to Manage Partner Associations

  1. 1 From your Trainer Dashboard, go to Association Requests in the left-side menu.

    A list of all partner association requests appears, showing Company Name, Partner Name, Country, Requested On date, Request Status, and an Action column.

  2. 2 Click the Details button in the Action column next to the relevant request to review it and make a decision — accept or decline the association.
  3. 3 To end an existing association, open its details and provide a reason for ending it. Confirm to remove the association.

Troubleshooting

No association requests showing: No partners have sent you a request yet. Partners must initiate the request from their Partner Dashboard — you cannot send requests to partners from the Trainer side.

Unable to end an existing association: Ensure you provide a reason when prompted. If the option is not available, contact support@pecb.com for assistance.
