How can I download the training course materials?

Partners will have to request to their Business Development point of contact,  the activation of the download PDF feature on their accounts, only for training material printing purposes. Candidates and trainers will not be able to print the training material, only partners prior PECB’s authorization and activation. This decision has been made to protect PECB’s intellectual property and ensure the integrity of the training content.

What is the difference between Classroom and Live-Online training events?

The main difference between Classroom and Live-Online training events is the location. Classroom events require a physical location to be provided, while Live-Online events do not need a location because they are held virtually.

Why did the candidate not receive a coupon code after event completion?

The use of coupon codes for scheduling exams and applying for certificates has been discontinued on the MyPECB platform. Candidates are no longer required to enter coupon codes during the scheduling process. Instead, the system automatically recognizes when a candidate is enrolled in an event, streamlining the entire process. 

This enhancement provides a more efficient and seamless experience, as the system completes the necessary steps for scheduling exams and applying for certificates once the candidate has fulfilled the required procedures.

Why was my event marked as completed automatically two weeks after the end date?

This new feature, implemented in the MyPECB Dashboard, automatically marks the event as completed two weeks after its end date once candidates are enrolled and training materials assigned. It also triggers invoice generation, eliminating the need for manual completion of the event. 

This feature helps reduce administrative workload and streamlines the process for event completion and invoicing.
