How many people would normally attend each course?

The number may vary from 2 to 20 trainees/students. From surveys and feedback throughout our wide network, it was stated that between 7 to 15 would be the ideal number.

However, this also depends on the preparedness and mobility of the trainer, and the training format. E.g. for the Virtual/Remote training session we suggest the number is between 5 to 10, to preserve the attention of the trainees as well as not lose the effectiveness of the training.

How much does a PECB training cost?

There are different fees, depending on the training that you attend. Prices are set by our authorized training partners and the best way to find this out is to contact one of our training Resellers for details. Otherwise, you can drop us a service ticket and we’ll put you in contact with one of our Resellers.

How will PECB evaluate my training skills?

PECB will always be evaluating your training skills and performance. Initially from the Live Presentation video-recording (before approval), and continually from the Training Course Evaluation forms/feedback received from your trainees (after approval).

What is the content of the training?

There is a combination of class work exercises, real-life experience discussions, observation, homework, practical application, and study. All our courses are intensive and they enable the participants to develop the expertise necessary to support an organization in optimizing its business operations, implementing and/or auditing management systems, managing different programs etc.

What is the difference between the Lead Implementer and Lead Auditor courses?

A lead implementer is a professional specialized in implementing a management system efficiently and in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and standards.

PECB’s Lead Implementer training courses help participants develop the skills, knowledge, and competencies needed to successfully implement a management system (on their own or through leading or participating in a team of implementers) based on ISO standards in organizations of different sizes and industries.

Our Lead Implementer training courses are consistent with the best practices of a project management established in ISO 10006. They use the Integrated Implementation Methodology for Management Systems and Standards (IMS2), PECB’s original creation and trademark implementation methodology.

A lead auditor is a professional specialized in auditing an already existing management system, i.e., examining it and determining its effectiveness and compliance with relevant laws, regulations and standards.

PECB’s Lead Auditor training courses enable participants to develop the skills, knowledge, and competencies needed to audit a management system (on their own or through leading or participating in a team of auditors) based on ISO standards in organizations of different sizes and industries.

Our Lead Auditor training courses are consistent with auditing best practices and principles established in internationally recognized standards and organizations, such as ISO 19011, GAAS, and IFAC. They use the Accepted Audit Methodology for Management Systems and Standards (AMS2), PECB’s original creation and trademark auditing methodology.
