MyPECB Trainer

As a certified PECB trainer, why do I no longer see some training sessions I have already delivered since the platform update?

We want to assure you that all the courses you have delivered are on record. While they may not yet appear on your current dashboard, none of this information is lost. As the new platform continues to expand, your course history will be fully reflected on your profile.

As a PECB trainer, will I be able to download training materials and access them offline?

We understand that limited internet access, such as in certain facilities, can pose challenges. We are exploring options and best practices to ensure trainers can effectively deliver courses in these conditions. As the new platform evolves, we will assess the possibility of integrating offline access as a feature.

Can I use the same email for multiple roles (trainer, member, partner)?

Yes. You can use one email address and switch roles (trainer, member, or partner) using the “Switch Roles” button.

Can trainers see the exam results of each participant?

Yes. In the course details section, trainers can see whether participants have taken the exam, their results, and other relevant information.

How can I download the training course materials?

Training course materials cannot be downloaded as PDF files from the MyPECB Dashboard. They are accessible exclusively as slides through the MyPECB platform. This decision has been made to protect PECB’s intellectual property and ensure the integrity of the training content.

  • Lead Auditor: Focuses on auditing and assessing compliance.
  • Lead Implementer: Focuses on applying and implementing standards in organizations.
Even if you are a Lead Auditor, you must hold the Lead Implementer certification for the specific course you wish to teach, as PECB requires trainers to hold the exact certification for the course they deliver.

What types of trainers exist in MyPECB?

There are three trainer categories:

  • Public (Freelancer): Available to all partners
  • Public with Authorization: Managed by one partner, but may work with others upon approval
